To ensure the best service, we may change the shipping method or courier without prior notice (only if the alternative offers the same delivery speed at a better rate).
Any difference in shipping cost will be credited as additional livestock or product quantity in your order.

Livestock Death-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy

- 100% Refund, excluding Shipping Costs
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days to show up

To Claim DOA(Dead on Arrival):

Please email sales@topickaquarium.com within:

2 hours of the first delivery attempt (1 hour during winter)
Include clear photos of the deceased pet or plant inside the original, sealed packaging

Note: Claims submitted outside this time frame or without proper photos may not be accepted.

DOA Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:

The shipping address provided was wrong, invalid, or incomplete, resulting in delivery delays

Note: Shipping labels are automatically generated based on the address entered by the customer during checkout. Claims that the address was input correctly will not be considered a valid excuse. The address shown in the order confirmation email will be the sole source of truth.
The claim is not submitted within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt (1 hour during winter)
The provided photos do not clearly show the livestock in our original, sealed packaging
