Buying Guide
Recommended group option
For most specialty shrimp listings, starting with a group is usually more practical than a single animal if your goal is long-term success, observation, or future colony development.
Current Stock Note
Our current Caridina stock is kept in remineralized RO water at roughly TDS 100. This livestock is better suited to mature shrimp systems where parameters are kept stable and acclimation is handled carefully.
Basic Care Guide
Caridina usually reward stability more than constant adjustment. Use a mature shrimp system, remineralized RO water, gentle filtration, and careful acclimation. They are not the best choice for newly started tanks or unstable mixed-parameter setups.
